Yoga for Deep Relaxation

Seems there is no end to our sources of stress: from working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, to being a full-time care taker of children, aging parents, or an ill loved one, not to mention the political climate and climate change!

And after 25 years in the software and healthcare industries, I know the value that yoga can bring to people who are over-scheduled, over-worked and in need of rest and relaxation. Yoga for Deep Relaxation can help you release stress from your body and mind to find a deep sense of peace and restoration.

No matter the source of your stress, Yoga for Deep Relaxation can help you feel calmer and better able to manage the challenges in your life.

MBT Book Club

mondays 7:00-9:00pm EST

Mind. Body. Transformation. Books have the power to challenge our current thinking and give us new perspectives that can transform our lives. MBT Book Club combines book club discussion with a yoga practice. Studies have shown that yoga increases neuroplasticity, the ability to create new pathways or thought patterns in the brain which helps us better integrate our new perspectives. As we progress through the book, usually a chapter at a time, we meet weekly for discussion and yoga.
