Weekly Schedule
All yoga classes are offered online or in-person at Sanctuary Yoga, unless otherwise noted. Classes are offered in 8-week sessions, but new students can join at any time at a pro-rated cost or try any class for just $15.
Monday
7:00-9:00 PM, EST | MBT Book Club (online only)
Mind Body Transformation Book Club meets weekly for 45 minutes of yoga, followed by discussion on a thought-provoking book and its implication for our lives. Our next book is What It Takes to Heal: How Transforming Ourselves Can Change the World by Prentis Hemphill.
Are you ready to face the complexities of our time with joy, authenticity, and connection? Now more than ever, we must learn to heal ourselves, connect with one another, and embody our values. In this revolutionary book, Prentis Hemphill asserts that the principles of embodiment—the recognition of our body’s sensations and habits, and the beliefs that inform them—are critical to lasting healing and change. As an IFS trained yoga teacher, I couldn’t agree more!
Dates for the next session: October 13 - December 15
You have two options for joining:
* Yoga from 7:00-7:45pm ($80) + Book Discussion ($20) = $100
* Book Discussion only $20 (meets from 7:45-9:00pm)

Private Coaching (in person or online): There are as many reasons for private coaching as there are students. Here are just a few:
modifications for a physical constraint
not feeling ready to start a class and want some private instruction first
establishing a home yoga practice
coping with stress or anxiety (movement combined with Yoga Mindset Coaching which is based on Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) also called Parts Work. I am a Level 1 trained IFS practitioner.)
