9:00-10:15 Some Parts are Extreme and Cause Problems for You
10:30-12:00 Yoga and Meditation Practice

12:00-2:30pm break for lunch and quiet time

2:30-3:30 You Have a Compassionate Self Too
3:45-4:30 Yoga and Meditation Practice

4:30-6:30 break for dinner and quiet time

6:30-7:30 Self Can Transform Your Parts
7:45-9:00pm Yoga and Meditation Practice

Sunday
8:00-9:00am breakfast
9:00-10:15 Supporting Your Parts from Self
10:30-11:30 Yoga and Meditation Practice
11:30-12:30pm Closing Ceremony

Breaks will be offered throughout the day as well and you are always welcome to take a break whenever you need one.
