Payment Schedule
Please note that while the payment schedule below is the preferred method, you can choose a monthly plan if that helps make it possible for you to join us. Contact me for details.
Deposit
Due upon registration: $650 per person (non-refundable).
First Installment
Due date Sunday, November 15, 2026: $1000 per person
Final Payment
Due date Sunday, February 7, 2027, remaining payment depends on the accommodations you selected. Contact me for the final amount if you’ve lost track!
Payment Options
Venmo: Mary_Beth_Thomas, last 4 digits of phone: 5584. If prompted, please don’t use the “good and services” option as this will direct 3% of your payment to Venmo instead of me.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refund, minus the $650 deposit, before December 12, 2026. No refunds after December 12, 2026. Due to arrangements made with our retreat hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy.
If you sign up with a roommate and someone in the party cancels, roommate matching may be available, or the price will be adjusted to reflect single occupancy rates.
We HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like TRAVEL GUARD and TRAWICK INTERNATIONAL policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
