Payment Schedule

Please note that while the payment schedule below is the preferred method, you can choose a monthly plan if that will help make it possible for you to join us. Contact me for details.

Prices include: Airport shuttle from San Jose, 7 nights lodging, 3 meals a day, and all yoga sessions.

Not included: Flight to San Jose, optional excursions or healing sessions, travel insurance (recommended), or center staff tips (suggested: $12-$15 per day which is shared amongst all staff)

Deposit

Due upon registration: $650 per person.

First Installment

Due date Sunday, November 15, 2026: $1000 per person

Final Payment

Due date Sunday, February 7, 2027, remaining payment depends on the accommodations you selected. Contact me for the final amount if you’ve lost track!

Refunds and Cancellations: Refund less deposit ($650) before December 1, 2026. No refunds after December 1, 2026. Due to arrangements made with our vacation hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy.

Participants will be required to sign the application and liability waiver to participate on this trip.

We HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like TRAVEL GUARD and TRAWICK INTERNATIONAL policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical.  Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
