PROPS to bring

  • 1 yoga mat

  • 1 bolster

  • 1 yoga strap

  • 2 yoga blocks

  • 2 sturdy blankets (wool or thick cotton)

  • journal and pen

  • water bottle / travel mug

If you need to borrow any yoga props, please email me. I have extra but will need to know how many of each to bring enough.

FOOD TO BRING

  • Saturday night dinner is not included, so plan to bring something to eat. Your accommodations include a kitchen. See Lodging for more details.
