Meals

Provided meals will be vegetarian with vegan and gluten free options.

Saturday

  • Breakfast: hardboiled eggs, fruit, toast with nut butter and jam, coffee and tea

  • Lunch: A hearty soup with bread or crackers plus a salad.

  • Dinner: NOT INCLUDED

Sunday

  • Breakfast: hardboiled eggs, fruit, toast with nut butter and jam, coffee and tea

SNACKS: Water, tea and snacks will be available throughout and you are welcome to bring your own snacks as well. There is a refrigerator in the retreat center that we can use.

If you have special dietary needs that you did not include on your registration form, please email me.

NOTE: Each of the lodging options have kitchens if you want to prepare your own meals. If you stay at the Hermitage, you can also purchase meals from them.
